If you are interested in a beauty-focused vacation, see below to find six destinations that you should visit.
- Seoul, South Korea
Seoul has been developing its dermatology and beauty industry for nearly twenty years. The best example of this is Apgujeong Rodeo Street, where whole buildings are made for clinics and hospitals dealing with skin issues.
There are a lot of procedures that people undergo in Seoul, like skin boosters and hydration injections like Rejuran and Juvelook.
Finding excellent skincare merchandise is easy when visiting Myeongdong. The area is full of various stores like Olive Young and numerous K-beauty retailing shops where you can find a large assortment of skincare products.
- Paris, France.
In Paris, you can have a distinctive experience in beauty by visiting its well-known drugstores. French pharmacists go through thorough training and education in the subjects of pharmacology and chemistry that gives pharmacies a key role when it comes to skincare shopping.
You can find many Green-cross pharmacies across the city where you can buy clinical grade French skincare products at reasonable rates. Saint-Germain-des-Prés has Citypharma drugstore which has many floors full of products of different French beauty brands.
- Marrakech, Morocco.
Marrakech offers a unique ancient wellness experience with the help of hammam traditional ritual. The procedure starts with the use of hot steamed air that makes the skin soft and then the use of black soap called savon beldi.
The body is scrubbed and massaged with a kessa glove, and the rhassoul clay and argan oil are then spread. The incorporation of heat treatment, scraping, and natural ingredients produces a way to relax deeply and makes the skin smooth and soft.
- Baden-Baden, Germany
Friedrichsbad in Baden-Baden, Germany is an old and well-known spa, functioning since 1877. Its popular bathing procedure consists of 17 stages, moving from heating, cleansing, body scrubbing, to cooling down in cold baths.
Moreover, this experience is also noted for being clothing-free, which is much unlike the typical spa experience of today.
- Beppu, Japan
In Beppu located on the Kyushu Island, hot-spring bathing is viewed as a form of art. The city is divided into eight large hot-spring areas with their own underground mineral sources.
- Blue Lagoon, Iceland
Iceland’s Blue Lagoon has a unique beginning. The geothermal water comes from the neighboring Svartsengi power station, where people began noticing the skincare advantages that silica and blue-green algae provided.
Blue Lagoon offers wellness treatments today, and has researched skincare issues like psoriasis and eczema by using the service of its dermatology centre.
There is no doubt that everyone can find something special during the glowcation trip, regardless of whether they would like to try advanced skincare treatments or traditional bathing techniques.
